Open FastLabel on web, Android, or iPhone and enter the email and password for your FastLabel account. If you don't have an account yet, fill in the contact form and we'll set one up for you.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. We'll email a password reset link to your account email. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, or use the contact form.

Yes — a single account works on web, Android, and iPhone. For security, FastLabel keeps one active session per account: signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one.
Saved labels are stored locally on the device you created them on, so they don't automatically follow you to a new phone. We're working on cross-device sync for a future release. Until then, recreate the label on the new device — it takes a minute.
