Common questions

How do I sign in?

Open FastLabel on web, Android, or iPhone and enter the email and password for your FastLabel account. If you don't have an account yet, fill in the contact form and we'll set one up for you.

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. We'll email a password reset link to your account email. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, or use the contact form.

The printed labels don't align with the Oddy die-cuts.

This is almost always a printer-driver setting issue:

If alignment is still off after these checks, send us a photo of the printed sheet via the contact form and we'll diagnose.

Can I use FastLabel on more than one device?

Yes — a single account works on web, Android, and iPhone. For security, FastLabel keeps one active session per account: signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one.

I switched phones. Will my saved labels carry over?

Saved labels are stored locally on the device you created them on, so they don't automatically follow you to a new phone. We're working on cross-device sync for a future release. Until then, recreate the label on the new device — it takes a minute.

Does the app collect any personal data?

Only your email address (for sign-in) and account-status / session metadata used to keep your account secure. No contacts, no location, no analytics. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
