Privacy Policy

FastLabel (“we”, “our”) is a multiplatform label-printing service that lets businesses design and print MRP, size, and product labels on any standard A4 laser or inkjet printer. We respect your privacy and collect the minimum data needed to operate the service and keep your account secure.

1. What information we collect

• Email address. Required to sign in to your FastLabel account. Stored in Firebase Authentication.
• Account status. A Firestore document at /licenses/{uid} records whether your account is active. It contains only your account status and an optional display name you provide.
• Session metadata. A Firestore document at /sessions/{uid} records a per-device session identifier and a "last seen" timestamp, so the service can enforce one active session per account.
• Your saved labels and presets. Label content (firm name, MRP, addresses, etc.) is stored in a local SQLite database on the device where you created it. This data does not leave your device.

FastLabel does not collect, request, or transmit your location, contacts, calendar, photos, microphone, advertising identifier, or browsing history. We do not run analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

2. Why we collect it

• To authenticate you via email and password.
• To maintain account status for support purposes.
• To enforce one active session per account, which protects your account from misuse if credentials are shared.

3. Where the data is stored

Authentication and account data are stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. Firebase is operated by Google LLC; their privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your saved labels and presets are stored locally on the device where you created them and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

4. Third-party services

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting) — for account sign-in and account-status storage.
• Google Fonts — the app downloads font files on first use from fonts.gstatic.com and caches them locally.

The app does not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, social-media SDKs, or any other third-party data processor.

5. Data retention

Account records are retained while you continue to use FastLabel. To request deletion, contact us using the details below; we will delete your Firebase Authentication record and the corresponding Firestore documents within seven days.

6. Children's privacy

FastLabel is a business utility and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the details below.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
